Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for supporting Achieve Resilience Society. Every purchase helps fund our programs for people rebuilding their lives after treatment or incarceration. Because we are a small nonprofit, our return and exchange policy is simple but limited.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for apparel items (shirts, hoodies, etc.) that meet all of the following:

Returned within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
With original tags/labels still attached (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or marked “final sale” items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care

3. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive:

The wrong item, or
An item that is damaged or defective upon arrival
please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with:

Your order number, and
Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to replace the item or offer a refund if a replacement is not available.

 

4. Exchanges (Size or Style Issues)

If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange for a different size (subject to availability):

Item received
Size you’d like instead

Once approved, you may be asked to ship the original item back to us in new, unworn condition.

Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs for size/style exchanges.
We will cover shipping if the exchange is due to an error on our end (wrong item sent, wrong size from what was ordered, etc.).

 

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be:

Issued to the original method of payment, and
Processed after we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return is required).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed by us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

6. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Your full name
Order number
Reason for the return or exchange
Photos (if there is damage or an issue with the item)

We’ll reply with next steps and, if applicable, a return shipping address.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or prepared for pickup on weekends or holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another email when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

 

2. Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and carrier rates.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

3. Local Pickup at Snow White Drive In

We offer free local pickup at:

Select “Local Pickup – Snow White Drive In” at checkout.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions and available pickup times

Please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when you arrive.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (if available for your shipping method).

Tracking info may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Achieve Resilience Society is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your leasing office, and
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number, and
Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We’ll review the situation and do our best to help find a solution.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
